My stay at the Northeast Garden Inn was surprisingly pleasant. The room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh sheets and towels. The hotel's location was convenient for my needs, and the internet connection was reliable. Although there were a few minor issues, such as stains on the chairs and a broken ice machine, overall I found my stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly option in the area.

The proximity to shopping malls
The cleanliness of the compound is not good enough. The compound and surroundings looks dirty most of the time. Secondly, non provision of tea is not good enough, all of us are not coffee lovers.

The hotel's location and price were great. The sheets were clean and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The nearby Target store was convenient for purchasing extra blankets. The humorous aspect of the hotel's lack of pretense was entertaining.
Nothing, all was good.

Price. Location.
The place is not for anything other than hotel parties or other things. This is not a hotel to take your family to. The place looks seedy, sketchy. The room stunk like cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Everything in the room just looked dingy, unclean. My plans became extended, but I chose to go to a different hotel. I would never go back to Northeast Garden Inn.

The location was pretty good. Its surrounded by a lot of places to eat and shop so if you did not have something, it was very easy to find within a half mile.
I did not like the decor. It was very old and in much need of updating. Also, jt seemed run down from the outside due to the crowd hanging around the entrances. Last, it definitely needs a full cleaning inside the rooms and outside of them.

The price of the hotel was good for my pocket.
When I walked into the lobby of hotel, I stood for about 5 minutes before anyone came to desk. Even though it is a cheap Inn, there should be someone there at all times.

This hotel needs a lot of work, lots of TLC. After arriving we entered our room and it hadn't been cleaned yet, staff moved us to another room where our phone didn't work, remote to TV didn't work on our TV, bedding was badly stained and elevator was EXTREMELY filthy. Staff was excellent but hotel needs some work. All in all it was fine since we really didn't stay in our hotel much, we spent most time in DC.

The staff was unfriendly, we didn't have a remote in our room, when we called the desk to ask about it, the individual who answered said he couldn't do anything about it and hung up on us. The curtains were falling off the curtain rods. We were in a non-smoking room, but there were cigarette burn holes in the sheets. When we went to check out, it was at 6:00 am and we couldn't get in the lobby, we rang the bell and the desk man came over and just stood at the door. When I said I wanted to check out he opened the door an inch and yelled, "Give me your key!". So I did and he said, "What room>" I told him and that was it, he slammed the one inch gap and was gone. I didn't get a receipt or anything!

The only thing that I didn't like we didn't get to stay untill 11am because of the maids rushing us out our room at 9am they said they're was goin to be a black out at 10am or something like that but I jus felt that was slightly rude. I mean I paid for the room I should get to check out at 11am like everybody else. If it wasn't for me being hungry I would've beeen real upset but I was hungry so I decided to just leave.

Absolutely Nothing!
Check out is at 11am but the cleaning staff knocked on my room door at 7:40am for housecleaning waking me up while I was try to get rest. I sent them away. Them they came again at 8:36am after I told them to go away. I called the front desk to complain he accused me of lieing about the housecleaners being there at 7:40am. (Why in the hell would I lie about that!) they woke up the whole floor of guests not just me and they started at 7:30am. And even after I complained the housekeeping still came knocking at my door for the third time at 9:40! I never got any rest and I was pisted off!!!!!!!!! I will never ever ever go to this hotel in my life I hated it and they have the worst service I have ever encountered in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stayed in this hotel ONLY BECAUSE of location and price. -the sheets seemed clean enough to sleep in, so i slept in them, and did not wake up with any rashes or itches -there is conveniently a "target" store across the street, where my friends went to purchase blankets to sleep in because they were afraid to sleep in the sheets of this stank-ass hotel. -I hope someone finds humor in my feedback survey because this place was literally so bad; the people who own it don't even pretend to make it seem like a nice place. they didnt try to make it even seem clean at first glance. at first glance its nasty. and its kind of hilarious in that regard. i made a video and will post it on facebook for its comedic value.
-there was a pair of dirty underwear in the room, hanes boxer shorts.. -there was mold all over the shower -the phone in the room was filthy and only 1/2 the buttons were in tact -front desk guy was spooky in the "mentally retarded" kind of way -wallpaper was peeling and falling down, revealing moldy drywall in my room, and my friends room.. so its probably in all the rooms. -there were stains on the chairs and on the comforter blanket -the carpets were not vacuumed -there were food crumbs all over the desk and the phone -ice machine on my floor was broken and was so filthy it must harbor diseases
